Established in 2000, Ready Oilfield Service was started by the
husband and wife team of Justin and Niki Ready. They, along with four
other employees started out working small jobs and have
since expanded to the company it is today. With more than 80 employees,
Ready Oilfield Service offers competitive wages and great benefits in a
